Sarapulskaya sewing factory
The first Sarapulsk tailors had to work in a church while the factory was being built. Their products like a godsend for men and women of fashion of those times. Coats, jackets, trousers and dresses looked elegant and quite new. During the war tailors of Sarapulsk produced hundred thousands of army coats, jackets and protective helmets for tankmen. Afterwards the factory got back to civilian products for adults and children.
The turning point was the crisis of 90s when new team of managers decided to change the direction and «conquer» the market of working clothes and children’s clothes. Children wear has been a specialty of the factory for a long time since then. In 2003 since a large deal with a Moscow company the factory started making working clothes that are now sold in all parts of Russia. Since mid-2009 the company sews children wear for «Batik», a well-known brand from Yekaterinburg: overalls, jackets, trousers, waistcoats, hats.
At the moment the factory produces heated clothes for children, working clothes of euro-standard, clothes for military structures, sports suites and clothes for fishermen and hunters.
